The inaugural meeting of the East Idaho Filmmakers Network was a success! On January 18, 2023, eight local filmmakers and their guests gathered at the offices of local attorney and filmmaker Gary Schreiner for the first of many planned monthly meetings. This group represented a collective wealth of knowledge and talent both in front of and behind the camera.
These monthly meetings seek to help fill two needs. The first is networking. By bringing our amazing local creatives together we hope to foster support and collaboration and build a robust filmmaking community in Eastern Idaho. The second need is professional development. Each meeting will feature a training and education topic to help group members advance their professional skills and knowledge.
